Welcome to the Kratefob Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, which are designed to ensure a fair and rewarding experience for all participants. Please read them carefully before applying or promoting our products.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Kratefob reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
• Affiliates must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process. Failure to do so may result in immediate disqualification.

Affiliate Responsibilities

1. Promotion Guidelines:

• Affiliates are encouraged to share their unique affiliate link on platforms such as social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
• Affiliates must not use spam or misleading methods to promote their affiliate links.
• Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Kratefob, such as stating, "This post contains an affiliate link, and I may earn a commission if you make a purchase."

2. Brand Representation:

• Affiliates must represent Kratefob in a positive and professional manner.
• Any misuse of Kratefob's branding, such as altering logos or misrepresenting products, is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities:

• Affiliates are strictly forbidden from engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to fake clicks, self-referrals, or unauthorized transactions.
• Affiliates may not bid on Kratefob-related keywords in paid advertising campaigns or use deceptive practices to drive traffic.

Commissions & Payouts

1. Commission Structure:

• Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the total sale price of each order placed through their unique affiliate link.
• Commissions are calculated based on the product's sale price before taxes and shipping fees.

2. Payout Schedule:

• Affiliates can request a payout at any time once they have earned a minimum of $50 in commissions.
• Payments will be processed within five (5) business days of the request and sent via PayPal, Venmo, or direct deposit, as per the affiliate's preference.

3. Refunds and Chargebacks:

• If a customer requests a refund or issues a chargeback, the associated commission will be deducted from the affiliate's earnings.

Program Policies

1. Link Tracking:

• Affiliates must use their unique affiliate link to ensure proper tracking of clicks, sales, and commissions.
• Kratefob is not responsible for untracked sales due to incorrect use of affiliate links.

2. Program Termination:

• Kratefob reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at its discretion.
• Causes for termination may include but are not limited to fraudulent activity, failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, or any action that harms Kratefob's reputation.

3. Program Changes:

• Kratefob reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice.
• Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to the program.

Legal Disclaimer

1. No Employment Relationship:

• Participation in the affiliate program does not establish an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and Kratefob.

2. Limitation of Liability:

• Kratefob is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.

3. Governing Law:
