Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom neon signs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage and your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.


Refund Process:

Once your return or refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations due to the production process.
